Manufacturing Engineering Project Intern

Manufacturing engineering intern at ABB, applying project management and data analysis to improve production processes at an emergency lighting plant.

This internship supports emergency lighting products and printed circuit board production. You will help introduce products, equipment, and technologies while connecting design and production departments. The work suits an engineering student who brings initiative, collaboration, and bilingual French and English communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects improving operational and production processes
• Coordinate assembly, equipment, and new product launch projects
• Plan schedules and follow up with project stakeholders
• Lead 5S activities across production departments
• Update work instructions, methods, tools, and standard times

Requirements:

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering
• Successfully completed at least the second year
• Data analysis skills using Excel and Power BI
• Autonomy and initiative managing projects and priorities
• Bilingual French and English, spoken and written
