Sunbelt Sales Development Manager

Build sales pipeline at Sunbelt Rentals through customer development, construction equipment knowledge, and strong communication skills in a full-time role.

The Sales Development Manager identifies, develops, drives, and maintains relationships with new or struggling customers across multiple market segments. This manager uses sales management experience, construction equipment knowledge, and supervisory skills to support customer-focused growth. The role requires effective oral and written communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build sales pipeline for Sunbelt Rentals customers
• Identify new and struggling customers across market segments
• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Drive customer relationships through sales development activities
• Apply equipment applications, features, benefits, and specifications knowledge

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience
• Four or more years of sales management experience
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history
• Knowledge of construction phases and equipment operation
• Ability to lift 25 pounds or more
