Construction Equipment Rental Sales Representative

Construction equipment rental sales demands prospecting, negotiation, and customer relationship skills in a field-based role with Greywolf Equipment. Spend most workdays connecting with customers and visiting jobsites.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will drive business growth through new customer development and existing account expansion. The role requires construction industry knowledge, equipment rental understanding, and strong communication. You will independently build a sales pipeline while pursuing rental opportunities and supporting customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect through cold calls, site visits, networking, referrals, and associations
• Qualify incoming inquiries and follow up with prospective customers
• Generate leads and convert opportunities into rental business
• Negotiate rental agreements, pricing, and terms professionally
• Recommend equipment solutions during customer and jobsite visits

Requirements:

• Two to three years of outside B2B sales experience
• Construction industry and equipment rental operations knowledge
• Proven success growing accounts and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and driver's abstract upon request
