Manager Organizational Effectiveness

Lead organizational effectiveness at Masco Canada’s onsite St. Thomas office, using talent strategy, HR analytics, and change management expertise.

This Manager, Organizational Effectiveness role reports to the VP, Human Resources. You will develop enterprise-wide people strategies aligned with Masco Canada’s objectives, strengthen organizational capability, and support employee experience. The role partners with HRBPs, executives, business leaders, and headquarters across talent, leadership, and workforce priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Organizational Effectiveness Team and enterprise-wide strategies
• Advise senior leaders on talent and workforce strategies
• Oversee talent acquisition, development, analytics, and succession planning
• Lead organizational design, change management, and internal communications
• Maintain HR governance, policies, controls, and legislative compliance

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of progressive HR experience
• Minimum five years in a senior leadership role
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong organizational effectiveness, talent management, analytics, and change management experience
• Strong knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and HR best practices
