Build customer connections through courteous service and product knowledge as a Retail Customer Service Clerk at Real Canadian Superstore.
As a Store Team Member, you help keep the store ready with available products meeting customer needs. The work includes assisting shoppers, maintaining shelves, and supporting company programs. You will receive training, with no previous experience required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond courteously when resolving customer questions
- Ensure shelves remain stocked and customer-ready
- Maintain product displays to company standards
- Identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
- Set up promotions and programs as directed
