Merchandising & Operations Lead

Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager to join our Operations team in West Kelowna. You’ll work with the Store Manager to lead a dynamic team, focus on merchandising and processing freight, and ensure store standards.

You’ll execute daily store functions, manage stock, uphold safety policies, and train associates while delivering friendly, service‑oriented experiences to customers and communities.
