Use French and English fluency to manage legal accounts with LexisNexis Legal & Professional from a home-based Canada location. Drive retention and revenue.
As a bilingual Account Manager, you will build trusted customer relationships through consultative, solution-based sales. You will support onboarding, product adoption, renewals, and long-term customer success. Legal experience, law firm experience, or legal knowledge is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own retention, renewals, and revenue growth across Quebec-based customers
- Develop account plans and identify expansion opportunities
- Demonstrate Lexis AI value and address competing solutions
- Manage renewal and expansion opportunities through negotiation and close
- Monitor account health and execute retention plans
Requirements:
- Fluency in French and English for customer discussions
- Three-plus years managing and growing B2B portfolios
- Success meeting retention, renewal, and upsell targets
- Knowledge of AI solutions including Gong, ChatGPT, and Claude
- Experience using CRM solutions and negotiating commercial terms
