Assistant Front Store Manager

Lead retail operations at Shoppers Drug Mart by strengthening product flow, store standards, and customer experience across the front store.

As Assistant Front Store Manager, you will support the Front Store Manager with human, physical, and financial resources. You will help coordinate staffing, labour scheduling, hiring, inventory preparation, and expense control. The position also emphasizes mentorship, communication, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain store standards across sales floor and backroom
• Support labour scheduling through Work Force Management
• Help ensure adequate staffing for effective operations
• Support hiring for departments excluding Pharmacy

Requirements:

• Previous retail management experience
• Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
• Sound judgment for inventory and expense decisions
