Operations Team Lead

Upwave is seeking a highly organized Part-Time Team Operations Manager to support our distributed team. This role covers executive support, event coordination, travel planning, vendor management, and internal communications, with a flexible 10–20 hour weekly schedule.

Based remotely with occasional in-person work in Lamorinda/Walnut Creek/Concord, CA, you will help keep operations running smoothly across time zones and projects, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and proactive problem-solving
