Assistant Hotel Restaurant Manager

Lead hotel restaurant operations with Pursuit through guest service, staff supervision, and hands-on support across special events and banquets. Flexible scheduling is required.

As Assistant Manager, you will support daily operations for the hotel restaurant and special events. Your work includes communication, recruitment, training, coaching, and people management. You will also contribute to menus, cocktails, inventory, billing, guest issue resolution, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff and exceed customer expectations consistently
• Lead weddings, conferences, banquets, and signature events
• Support recruitment, training, coaching, and ongoing staff management
• Assist with cocktail creation and menu development
• Oversee inventory, billing, storage, hygiene, and dining areas

Requirements:

• At least one year of hotel or restaurant supervisory experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership abilities and effective people-management skills
• Basic computer proficiency; MICROS experience is an asset
• Flexibility for early, late, weekend, and split shifts
