Mars People and Organization Business Partner

Support Mars manufacturing operations as a People and Organization Business Partner, using Workday expertise and workforce analytics across both sites.

Serve as a trusted advisor to the Factory Site Line Manager and Supply Chain Leadership Team. This role provides on-site guidance to associates and leaders while deploying regional and functional people priorities. You will strengthen organizational effectiveness, people processes, systems, and associate experience through partnership with MyP&O, Centers of Excellence, and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day guidance on people matters across the site
• Lead initiatives improving organizational effectiveness and associate engagement
• Deploy and improve core P&O programs and processes
• Maintain Workday data integrity and analyze workforce trends
• Support organizational changes, talent initiatives, and performance management

Requirements:

• Four or more years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Experience in business partnering, generalist, or operational HR
• HRIS experience; Workday experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; manufacturing experience preferred
