FOX Bicycle Customer Service Representative

Support FOX bicycle customers and dealers through expert product knowledge, order management, and clear communication in an office environment. Guide inquiries across phone, email, and web chat.

As a Customer Service Representative in the bike industry, you will guide customers and dealers through the FOX experience. You will answer product questions, provide lead times, troubleshoot products, and share basic order management information. The position requires bicycle industry understanding, suspension knowledge, and careful communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers through phone, email, and web chat
• Manage customer and dealer orders and account information
• Provide product advice, alternatives, and lead times
• Troubleshoot products and resolve customer issues collaboratively
• Support new dealer applications and accounts

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• In-depth knowledge of bikes, accessories, and cycling
• Understanding of bicycle suspension and bicycle parts
• Clear communication, listening, empathy, patience, and positive language
• Microsoft Office expertise, especially Excel, and attention to detail

Use cycling expertise, customer communication, and order management skills to represent FOX with customers and dealers.
