Print Services Sales Associate

Deliver exceptional customer service through print production, informed recommendations, and POS transactions while supporting customers in the Print and Services areas.

As a Sales Associate, Print & Services, you will support print and customer service areas using the store selling model. You will learn products and services, offer tailored recommendations, and help meet customer needs. The position also involves collaborating with store leaders on sales and margin goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver customer service and identify engagement opportunities
• Perform in-store print production
• Handle POS and shipping transactions
• Process customer print order intake and pickups
• Stock machines with paper, toners, and supplies

Requirements:

• Three months to one year of retail experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to maintain Health & Safety policies
