Shape quantum technology teams at Photonic as a Senior Technical Recruiter using technical fluency and full-cycle recruiting expertise. Build pipelines for specialized talent globally.

You will lead recruitment for complex roles spanning quantum hardware, software, algorithms, and engineering. Partner with executives, technical leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape hiring strategy, workforce planning, and organizational scaling. Photonic seeks a consultative recruiter who can assess scientists and engineers, influence hiring decisions, and navigate ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle hiring across specialized business areas
• Develop sourcing strategies for rare talent markets
• Assess technical capability, competencies, and culture fit
• Manage senior and international offers, competing offers, and relocation
• Track hiring metrics and improve recruitment results

Requirements:

• Six or more years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Three or more years recruiting engineering and scientific roles
• Experience sourcing and closing PhD-level niche talent globally
• Technical fluency for credible scientist and engineer conversations
• Applicant tracking system and data-driven hiring experience
