Bilingual Order Processing Representative

Use advanced French and English to support business customers in Mississauga as a full time Customer Service Representative. Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

This permanent position serves returning business customers and internal sales representatives in manufacturing. You will process orders, provide delivery updates, answer product questions, and maintain organized follow through. Strong communication, computer, and data entry skills support dependable daily service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, review, and enter telephone and electronic orders
• Resolve incomplete order information with customers
• Provide delivery dates and international shipping updates
• Answer product, pricing, availability, and quotation questions
• Complete reconciliation, filing, and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• At least two years of customer service experience
• Advanced spoken and written French and English
• Strong telephone, computer, and data entry skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Legal entitlement to work in Canada
