Job description
Oversee Virtual Care and Lung Health services at BQWCHC through collaborative leadership, program coordination, and evidence-based healthcare planning.
The Manager of Regional Programs leads teams delivering Virtual Care, Lung Health, Lower Limb Preservation, and Oral Health services. This full-time permanent leadership position coordinates operations while supporting effective outcomes and alignment with regional strategies. The Manager contributes regional perspectives to organizational decisions and strengthens collaboration across teams and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Virtual Care, Lung Health, and other regional teams
- Align regional services with partners and Ontario Health Team priorities
- Develop operational protocols and support process improvements
- Validate, collect, and submit required program data
- Champion quality, best-practice regional program care
Requirements:
- Health-related undergraduate degree or college diploma
- Three to five years of related healthcare experience
- At least two recent years of leadership experience
- Collaborative experience with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
- Experience monitoring and evaluating programs and implementing change
Use leadership, operational planning, and evidence-based care knowledge to coordinate BQWCHC’s regional healthcare programs and services.
