Walmart Front End Coordinator

Coordinate Walmart Front End operations in Meadowvale while supporting customer service, associate guidance, and operational standards. Maintain a positive shopping experience through organized daily coverage.

This Walmart position focuses on Front End coordination, customer concerns, associate support, and Company program compliance. You will monitor coverage, coordinate breaks, assist registers, and train Associates on systems and procedures. The work also includes transaction approvals, cash controls, safety processes, and sponsored initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Front End operations and maintain operational standards
• Handle customer and Associate concerns with appropriate guidance
• Monitor coverage, coordinate breaks, and assist outlying registers
• Train Associates on systems, procedures, safety, and programs
• Oversee transactions, register preparation, cash levels, and audits

Requirements:

• Be age 16 or older
• Follow safe lifting, cleanliness, evacuation, and emergency procedures
• Support scanning accuracy, productivity, and Company initiatives
• Maintain EAS procedures and complete required failure logs
• Work at Walmart’s 3155 Argentia Road location

Support Walmart customers and Associates through Front End coordination, transaction oversight, training, safety, and register accuracy.
