Pay Rate: per hour DOE

Shift: Days 7 am to 3: pm Afternoons: 3: pm to : am

Our client, a well-established industrial manufacturing company in Stratford, Ontario, seeking experienced Licensed Industrial Millwrights to join their maintenance team. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, completing maintenance work orders, troubleshooting equipment issues, and supporting various projects involving state-of-the-art foundry equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial and foundry equipment.
• Complete maintenance work orders and assigned repair tasks.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and automated equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Support maintenance projects and equipment improvements.
• Maintain and repair automated production equipment.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Ontario or Interprovincial Industrial Millwright Licence (Red Seal).
• Strong mechanical knowledge and industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
• Electrical troubleshooting and maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and industrial equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

The following qualifications are considered assets:

• Experience maintaining fully automated industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of PLC systems and computer controls, preferably Allen-Bradley Rockwell Automation.
• Familiarity with proportional hydraulic systems.
• Multi-trade experience, particularly Millwright/Electrician.
