Commercial Finance Analyst Canada

Apply commercial finance analysis and Excel expertise in a full-time remote-first role supporting Canopy Growth’s Canadian Commercial team. Help inform profitable growth.

As an Analyst, Commercial Finance, you will support planning and reporting against annual revenue plans. Your work will span financial analysis, financial modeling, reporting, and data-driven insights. You will collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Accounting while reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support cross-functional teams with financial analysis and reporting
• Prepare month-end packages, P&L reviews, and variance analysis
• Maintain reporting tools, data sources, and dashboards
• Assist product launches, promotions, forecasting, and performance assessments
• Validate financial data and improve processes through reconciliations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field
• One to three years’ financial analysis or related experience
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Cross-functional collaboration experience and Tableau proficiency are assets
