Collision Estimator EV ADAS

Use collision estimating software and automotive expertise at Kirmac, assessing modern vehicles while guiding customers through repairs. Monday to Friday scheduling applies.

This experienced Collision Estimator position requires at least two years of collision estimating experience. You will assess EVs, hybrids, ADAS-equipped vehicles, and advanced materials while planning OEM-compliant repairs. The work combines insurance procedures, vehicle technology, customer service, and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare timely estimates using industry-standard software
• Assess damage on EVs, hybrids, and ADAS-equipped vehicles
• Identify high-voltage procedures and required calibrations
• Collaborate with technicians, production teams, and insurers
• Support accurate, safe, quality-focused repair planning

Requirements:

• At least two years of collision estimating experience
• Strong automotive knowledge and repair process understanding
• Familiarity with insurance procedures and industry standards
• Proficiency with Mitchell, Audatex, or similar software
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
