Clinical Exercise Physiologist (RPM) (Fully Remote)

• Provide remote cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation support through telehealth and RPM.
• Monitor vital signs and coordinate timely interventions with multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to clinical research and improve digital care delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Review daily patient vitals and identify potential health concerns.
• Conduct wellness check calls and elevate abnormal readings.
• Document patient encounters and support billing claims accurately.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or equivalent; master's preferred.
• At least one year of clinical experience in cardiopulmonary rehab.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science.
