Drive Walmart account growth on-site for Hilton Foods Canada through commercial strategy, category insight, and strong customer relationships.
As Customer Business Development Manager, you will manage Walmart commercial, innovation, and supply chain relationships. The role covers category development, volume growth, market share, product innovation, promotional planning, and account administration. You will connect customer needs with Hilton Foods Canada capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Walmart Merchant and Product Development team relationships
- Develop tactical plans for volume and market share growth
- Coordinate new product innovation with NPD teams
- Plan promotions supporting category volume and profitability
- Monitor performance through analytics and reporting
Requirements:
- Experience with own label or branded products
- Experience negotiating prices and commercial agreements
- Stakeholder relationship management experience
- Knowledge of category management tools and forecasting
- Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
