Job description
Lumicera Health Services is seeking an Analyst, Pharmacy Quality to join our team. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and monitoring processes to audit key performance metrics and ensure high quality service delivery across pharmacy operations.
The Quality Analyst will document audit outcomes, create training plans, and partner with teams to support leadership with action plans at team and individual levels, including travel to campuses as needed.
