The work includes processing refunds, exchanges, directions, sales tax records, and returned merchandise. Associates follow company procedures and maintain accurate scanning, pricing, and inventory practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process refunds and returns using company procedures
• Help customers with exchanges, questions, and directions
• Maintain accurate sales tax exempt records
• Send damaged merchandise to Claims for processing
• Check returned items and scan them correctly

Requirements:

• Be age 16 or older
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
• Lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
