Team Lead Ophthalmologist

Fortrea seeks Ophthalmology Clinical Team Leads to join our FSP team. Remote US. We require CTLs with 2+ years of experience and prior monitoring background.

CTLs own clinical trial delivery, collaborating with PMs and functional leads to meet contractual and budget goals. They oversee site management, risk, budgets and KPI tracking, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring compliant, data-driven project execution.
