Baywest Homes seeks a professional ambassador to greet visitors, showcase homes, and provide accurate information. You will guide prospects through selections, nurture leads, and support the early homebuying journey. Strong communication, organization, and digital confidence help keep every interaction clear and informed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet, qualify, and register sales centre guests
- Present homes, communities, pricing, and product offerings
- Prospect, nurture, and follow up with leads
- Maintain accurate CRM records and drive return traffic
- Support purchaser communication and sales centre standards
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Residential development or new home sales experience preferred
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication
- Computer proficiency and willingness to learn software
