Restaurant Operations Manager Guest Service

This Manager of Guest Experience role combines restaurant leadership with guest-focused team building. You will hire and lead Associates who are trained, focused, and engaged. Success requires excellent business acumen, understanding of operating costs, and extensive knowledge of restaurant operations. The position also calls for a strong understanding of the upscale dining industry and demonstrated ability to motivate and direct others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead restaurant Associates in delivering the Perfect Guest Experience
• Hire Associates aligned with focused service delivery
• Use business understanding across budgets and operating costs
• Support restaurant performance through guest experience leadership
• Apply food and beverage operations knowledge

Requirements:

• Minimum three to five years as a Manager
• Upscale dining experience with similar sales volume
• Excellent understanding of upscale dining industry expectations
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and direct others
• Post-secondary hospitality or business education is preferred
