Weekend Security Concierge Hamilton

Support residents overnight as a Security Concierge in Hamilton, Ontario, using communication, organization, and calm decision-making skills.

FirstService Residential seeks a self-motivated, outgoing Security Concierge for Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. You will provide resident information, customer service, access coordination, and property protection at an onsite community. The role requires a valid Ontario Security License and the ability to communicate by phone and in person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer resident questions, provide directions, and clarify service needs
• Screen messages and schedule authorized vendor access
• Patrol building levels, parking areas, and property perimeter
• Respond to emergencies and fire alarms
• Complete occurrence logs, incident reports, and front desk software updates

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security License
• Self-motivated, outgoing, detail-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to remain calm and act quickly under pressure
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and sit or stand
