Senior Clinician Onboarding Lead (Remote, Live Sessions)

Overseas is seeking a Clinician Onboarding Specialist to own the onboarding experience for new clinicians on a fast-growing virtual behavioral health platform. You will lead three-hour live onboarding calls, walk clinicians through the EHR and payroll systems via screen share, and prepare materials ahead of each session.

You will also support post-session questions and flag recurring issues to improve the process.
