We are a family of 5 (1 child and 2 toddlers) looking for a reliable, warm, and proactive Family/Household Support Assistant. This position combines childcare with household management, ensuring smooth daily routines, a structured environment, and a clean, well-maintained home. Location: Burlington (Aldershot) Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: Part-time, flexible Pay: Competitive hourly rate Responsibilities - Overseeing morning routines (ensuring all children are dressed, fed, and ready for school on time) - Assisting with after school routines (ensuring all children are fed, meal cleanup) - Maintaining a clean, organized, and tidy home environment throughout the day - General household cleaning - Laundry, folding, and putting away clothes - Meal preparation/cooking Ideal Candidate - Has experience supporting families and caring for young children - Highly organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently - Reliable, proactive, and nurturing with a structured approach to routines - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with parents - Ability to create a positive, engaging, and screen-free environment for children - Pet friendly (we have a dog and a parrot) - Multilingual preferred - First Aid/CPR certification This is a long-term position, and we hope to find someone who will become a consistent and valued member of our family.
