Senior Living Personal Care Attendant

Provide compassionate personal care as a Guest Attendant at Chartwell, supporting older adults with mobility, meals, and daily routines. Help residents live safely and comfortably with dignity.

Chartwell’s Guest Attendant delivers personal care, assistance, and support to residents. The work includes dressing, meals, mobility, medication administration, and individual care plans. Empathy, patience, professionalism, and clear communication are central to the service provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal care, mobility, dressing, and meals
• Administer medications and follow individual care plans
• Provide laundry, light housekeeping, and meal service support
• Maintain clean, safe resident areas and follow protocols
• Respond to concerns and report matters when needed

Requirements:

• Experience in personal care, laundry, food, or support services
• Secondary school education; care-field training preferred
• Ability to read, follow, and communicate instructions effectively
• Empathy, patience, and understanding of seniors’ needs
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies
