Manufacturing Quality Project Supervisor

Lead manufacturing quality teams with Stratosphere Quality as a Project Supervisor, using leadership and problem solving at customer facilities. Local travel is required.

This Project Supervisor role leads Quality Inspectors across customer manufacturing sites. Use manufacturing leadership, team coaching, customer communication, and quality oversight to manage inspection projects. The position supports manufacturers across industries including automotive, medical device, electronics, appliance, and recreational vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Quality Inspectors at customer manufacturing facilities
• Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met
• Train and coach project team members
• Communicate with customers and build working relationships
• Develop work instructions and oversee project setup

Requirements:

• Two or more years manufacturing leadership preferred
• Manufacturing experience supporting quality inspection projects
• Problem solving skills for project management
• Ability to travel locally to customer facilities
• Ability to manage teams at plants or warehouses
