As Pattern Making Lead, you lead specialized Pattern Makers from maker phase through pre-production. You support Arc’teryx design intent, product aesthetics, construction, fit, and quality. The role partners with Product Development, Product Operations, designers, product developers, and cut and sew teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and guide technical Pattern Makers daily
• Oversee concept, prototype, and approved base size patterns
• Manage workloads and timelines across product creation
• Establish standard fit by product category and end-use
• Document construction standards and illustrated technical specifications

Requirements:

• Eight-plus years’ pattern making experience
• Two-plus years at senior level in technical apparel or equipment
• Understanding of product lifecycle, design intent, construction, production, and fit
• Leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills
• Pattern Making software, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office skills
