NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist with four-plus years of recruiting experience in Salesforce and/or Amazon AWS. You will partner with hiring managers, recruiting teams, and practice leads to understand needs and build qualified candidate pipelines. The work supports niche-market hiring and consistent candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand organizational hiring needs
• Manage pre-screening, interviews, negotiations, and onboarding documentation
• Source candidates through social media, events, campuses, and fairs
• Maintain job postings and standardized job descriptions
• Coordinate offers, follow-ups, and onboarding sessions

Requirements:

• Four-plus years recruiting within Salesforce and/or Amazon AWS
• Proficiency with Google Suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Calendar
• Confident phone communication and excellent communication skills
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and detail-focused working style
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
