Dental Technology Implementation Consultant

Support dental education technology implementations for Henry Schein One Canada, delivering training and accurate solutions across client environments. This hybrid Surrey role includes travel.

As an Academic Implementation Consultant, you will work with axiUm and Ascend Academic for dental schools and training programs. The position requires ownership, critical thinking, and confident client communication. You will help align enterprise applications with workflows while coordinating project deliverables and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure solutions aligned with client business processes
• Discuss system requirements during technical client sessions
• Provide hands-on implementation troubleshooting
• Train stakeholders for application transition
• Maintain tools and documentation supporting adoption

Requirements:

• Five-plus years of software implementation, training, or consulting
• Post-secondary technical, computer science, or information technology education
• Project team collaboration and deliverable execution experience
• Critical-thinking, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Professional client-facing communication and large-audience presentation confidence
