Commercial Data Operations Manager

Shape commercial data products for Alexion, AstraZeneca Rare Disease, in Mississauga through SQL, pipeline troubleshooting, and cross-team delivery. Office work averages three days weekly.

This Manager, Data Operations role supports specialty pharmacy, infusion, patient services, trade, and distribution data. You will translate partner feeds into governed assets for reporting, analytics, field operations, and business decisions. You will coordinate business, technology, and external data providers from requirements through hypercare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define business rules, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Trace data across files, ingestion, transformations, and consumers
• Maintain mappings, dictionaries, runbooks, and validation evidence
• Coordinate definitions, interfaces, schedules, ownership, and change impacts
• Lead third-party aggregation standards, onboarding, monitoring, and resolution

Requirements:

• Five years’ related data operations, engineering, or management experience
• Strong SQL for joins, profiling, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis
• Ability to read code, designs, mappings, and architecture diagrams
• Experience documenting requirements and validation evidence
• Experience collaborating with business, technology, and vendor teams
