Hotel Executive Housekeeping Manager

Lead hotel cleanliness standards through housekeeping leadership, inspections, and team coordination in a demanding hospitality environment. Report directly to the General Manager.

The Executive Housekeeper manages daily Housekeeping Department operations for guest rooms and public areas. This role requires leadership, problem-solving, decisiveness, time management, and organizational skills. You will supervise employees, coordinate schedules, and help maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily Housekeeping Department operations
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas
• Supervise housekeeping employees and service standards
• Schedule room attendants, cleaners, and laundry staff
• Order supplies and complete monthly linen inventories

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of housekeeping experience
• Minimum two years of direct hotel supervision
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills
• Knowledge of computers, health, and safety standards
• Knowledge of laundry operations and time management
