Airport Field Operations Manager

The Operations Manager oversees service delivery for customer airlines and airports within contracts and agreed budgets. This established leadership role manages large teams, safety procedures, staffing, performance, and operational improvements. It also supports crisis management, emergencies, disruptions, audits, and startup operations across business lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage contracted airline and airport service delivery
• Coordinate with airport stakeholders and regulatory officials
• Maintain staffing levels and monitor operational performance
• Investigate accidents, incidents, irregularities, and damage
• Guide teams and support leadership vacancies

Requirements:

• Five years of leadership or operational experience
• Experience managing large teams
• Knowledge of airport procedures and regulatory requirements
• Valid driver's license and English communication skills
• Ability to travel over 75% and work extended hours
