MRO Inventory Coordinator SAP

Manage MRO inventory with SAP and spare-parts expertise at Maple Leaf Foods. Support maintenance readiness through accurate, organized materials control.

The MRO Coordinator maintains inventory-management and warehousing strategies based on equipment failure consequences, business needs, and acceptable risks. Reporting to the MRO Supervisor, this role supports Maintenance through stock control, materials planning, and storeroom organization. The position requires collaboration with purchasers and planners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain optimal stock levels for critical spare parts
• Reconcile physical counts against SAP inventory records
• Create and organize bin locations in SAP
• Set inventory Min/Max levels using stated operating factors
• Kit and stage parts before scheduled maintenance work

Requirements:

• Grade 12 and related study or technical training
• Purchasing or inventory management diploma preferred
• Three to five years’ manufacturing experience
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
• SAP knowledge preferred
