Job description
Apply RAMS engineering expertise in Calgary with AtkinsRéalis, focusing on reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety. Hybrid work arrangements are available.
As a RAMS Engineer, you will support Safety and System Assurance programs on large-scale public transport and rail projects. Reporting to the Systems Assurance Lead, you will develop plans, analyses, methods, and reports. Your work will include assurance, certification, safety activities, and RAMS performance monitoring. You will also support contractors, suppliers, and business development submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide RAMS engineering and safety assurance consultancy services
- Deliver assurance, certification, and safety activities
- Monitor RAMS performance against project requirements
- Work with contractors and suppliers on compliance
- Develop plans, analyses, methods, and technical reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Three to five years of experience
- Experience with FMECA, reliability block diagrams, and fault tree analysis
- Experience with EN50126 or MIL-STD-882E
- Expertise in RAMS, safety assurance, and system assurance
