Custom Cabinetry Sales Designer

First Class Kitchens and Closets is expanding its locally manufacturing cabinetry business into Barrie. This experienced Kitchen Designer and Sales Consultant will create custom kitchen and cabinetry solutions for homeowners, contractors, and builders. You will recommend styles, finishes, hardware, storage options, and accessories while maintaining relationships throughout design and sales. The work also includes communicating project requirements with manufacturing and installation teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer preferences, requirements, and project budgets
- Create functional kitchen layouts and 3D design presentations
- Recommend cabinetry styles, finishes, hardware, and accessories
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into orders
- Maintain relationships throughout design and sales processes
Requirements:
- Kitchen design, cabinetry sales, or related experience preferred
- Minimum one year of relevant experience preferred
- Knowledge of cabinet construction and kitchen dimensions
- Experience with kitchen design software such as Mozaik
- Strong communication, customer service, and consultative sales abilities
