Gas Bar Customer Service Clerk

Serve customers at Saskatoon Co-op as a Gas Bar Clerk, using StorePoint till operations and providing courteous pump island assistance. This position requires dependable scheduled-shift coverage.

Reporting to the Gas Bar Manager, the Gas Bar Clerk supports daily station operations through customer service, merchandise handling, and location upkeep. You will complete reconciliations, prepare reports, and follow Saskatoon Co-op policies and procedures. The role also includes opening and closing duties, plus supervising and training staff under the Station Manager’s direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding, courteous customer service
• Assist customers at the pump island when required
• Operate the StorePoint till system
• Complete daily reconciliations and reports
• Maintain a neat, clean, orderly location

Requirements:

• Strong service orientation and efficient customer assistance
• Ability to sell courteously to customers
• Organized approach with minimal supervision
• Merchandise knowledge and relevant experience
• Availability for evenings and weekends
