Lead Business Developer

ASME is seeking a collaborative Manager, Industry Partnerships, Workforce Development to lead employer engagement for apprenticeship and work-based learning programs. You will build partnerships with industry and education sectors and align programs with workforce needs.

You will collaborate across internal teams to develop training plans, provide guidance on program structures, and support employer onboarding and ongoing engagement. Remote work is eligible with periodic travel.
