Construction Coordinator Key Lake

Coordinate industrial construction at Key Lake through field walks, schedule tracking, and digital project records. This field-based contract follows a two-weeks-in, two-weeks-out rotation.

Raise is hiring a Construction Coordinator for its client’s Construction Management Team. The role connects engineering, operations, and trade contractors to support safe, compliant construction execution. You will monitor workface activity, validate progress, track productivity, and manage construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate construction activities across engineering, operations, and trade contractors
• Conduct field walks and resolve daily logistical bottlenecks
• Process and track RFIs, FRIs, and technical queries
• Validate contractor progress and identify schedule variances
• Maintain digital records, logs, minutes, and safety documentation

Requirements:

• One to three years in construction, engineering, or industrial operations
• Experience with mobile devices, field tablets, and cloud software
• Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid WHMIS certification and industrial facilities experience
• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking abilities
