Construction Materials Customer Service Specialist

Support construction customers with order processing and product knowledge at Convoy’s Surrey, BC location. Coordinate deliveries, quotes, returns, and pickups accurately.

Convoy seeks a self-sufficient Customer Service Specialist for its Surrey location. You will assist customers procuring building supply and construction products while supporting roofing, building envelope, and below grade materials. The work combines communication, organization, decision-making, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders, quotes, and returns
• Coordinate customer deliveries and pickups with operations
• Explain products and their applications to customers
• Generate, place, and confirm supplier purchase orders
• Receive payments and log sales according to procedures

Requirements:

• Customer product procurement experience, preferably construction-related
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Quick, accurate problem-solving abilities
• Excellent decision-making and initiative
• Organization, detail orientation, and respectful teamwork
