Accounts Payable Continuous Improvement Analyst

Drive Accounts Payable transformation at Nutrien through root cause analysis, automation, and process improvement across complex finance operations. This strategic role serves stakeholders globally.

The Analyst, Accounts Payable and T&E Continuous Improvement, leads operational excellence initiatives within Accounts Payable and T&E. You will investigate recurring issues, provide actionable recommendations, and support alignment with organizational priorities. The role partners with IT, finance, procurement, and operations leadership to improve processes and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on process improvement, digital transformation, and automation strategies
• Lead root cause analyses for complex recurring issues
• Coordinate cross-functional assessments across ERP platforms
• Drive change management and track success metrics
• Establish governance frameworks and monitor key performance indicators

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience
• Two or more years in business analysis or process improvement
• Expertise in process mapping, risk assessments, and alignment
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and Lean/Six Sigma skills
• Knowledge of SAP ECC, Oracle EBS, or SAP S/4HANA
