Health Benefits Implementation Manager

Lead health benefits technology implementations with TELUS Health, using client management and team leadership skills across the US and Canada.

As Implementation Manager, you will direct consultants and analysts delivering client projects and production support. You will partner with Project Management and Service Delivery teams while applying software implementation, benefits administration, SQL, and configuration knowledge. The position focuses on quality delivery, clear priorities, and smoother implementation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-quality implementations and ongoing client production support
• Direct consultants and analysts through coaching and talent development
• Plan schedules and allocate resources according to project demand
• Build client relationships and define partnership success criteria
• Track scope, risks, documentation, and enhancement requests

Requirements:

• Five or more years of software implementation experience
• Benefits, HR, or payroll industry implementation experience
• Two or more years managing multiple client relationships
• Understanding of SDLC, parameterized configuration, and SQL
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and technology skills
