Distribution Center Manager TCG

Manage collectible merchandise distribution in Surrey using warehouse leadership, inventory control, and fulfillment expertise. Work Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime and inventory weekends.

This permanent Warehouse Manager position supports a national distributor serving trading card games, pop culture, and collectibles. You will coordinate a dedicated operational team while managing receiving, stock organization, order fulfillment, and shipping. Familiarity with TCG products and bin systems strengthens your fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily workflow across receiving and fulfillment operations
• Organize inventory and reconcile discrepancies during control activities
• Lead performance reviews and maintain team accountability
• Identify bottlenecks through key performance metric tracking
• Operate Walkie Stackers and forklifts during floor execution

Requirements:

• 10 or more years managing warehouses or distribution centers
• Expertise in warehouse layout and inventory management
• Demonstrated experience implementing and managing bin systems
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Legal authorization to work full-time and residence in British Columbia
