Senior Financial Analyst Finance Lead

Lead financial reporting and forecasting as an experienced Senior Financial Analyst overseeing finance operations and a team of two.

This Finance Lead role oversees finance operations, internal controls, compliance, and reporting. You will partner with business leaders and budget owners, providing financial insights for strategic decision-making. The position requires strong accounting knowledge and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and mentor two Finance team members
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare financial statements, variance analysis, and forecasts
• Maintain internal controls, policies, and approval processes
• Coordinate audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Eight to ten years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Experience leading or mentoring finance professionals
• Knowledge of reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
