Microsoft 365 IT Infrastructure Lead

Own Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoints, and networking as IT Operations Lead at Giatec Scientific Inc. in its technology business.

This hands-on leadership role is designed for an IT professional with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. You will become the trusted IT contact while running core infrastructure, supporting the user lifecycle, and maintaining system health. The position also includes mentoring an IT team member and partnering across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Entra ID
• Manage Windows and macOS endpoints, hardware, and office A/V
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and hardware lifecycle
• Lead SaaS rollouts, migrations, network upgrades, and integrations
• Mentor the IT team member and encourage knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• Five to eight years in IT operations or related roles
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating IT staff
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID experience
• Experience with Intune, Jamf, or similar MDM tools
• Understanding of DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, and TCP/IP
